Hello! I’m Beth, and this is the course website that we’ll be using throughout this quarter for Writing 160 – Theory and Practice of Writing Center Consultation. Here, you can find pretty much everything about the course, including the syllabus, the schedule and readings, the course assignments, helpful resources for navigating everything for this class and beyond, and general announcements and updates.
You can check out the syllabus (be sure to read the grading portion carefully) and schedule … just take some time to get familiar with the site, and let me know if you have any questions about anything at any point.
My office hours this quarter, (via Zoom) or in Girvetz 1310, will be Thursdays 12:00 – 1:30pm or we could schedule another time to talk, and my email, esaur@ucsb.edu, is always available.
